[Milsurplus] ? on found part

arrived at the Reno swap meet last weekend a little late due to medical problems; was able to save a couple boxes of items from going to the landfill.
the first item:Electronic Timer for Power Supply PP-737 A/FGC-1NOS, small green metal bracket ready for mounting, one tube-type delay(?)(COOPER 10034 w/ original hard cardboard cover over glass portion) and one in sealed can (COOPER 10035); schematic & ID present (paper label); 2" X 3.5" X 4.5"; anyone familiar w/ this piece?  any value or desirability?  photos available.
