I don’t have a dog in this hunt but without commenting one way or the other on the asking price, the obvious difference is that they are hard copy whereas what is at the URL given are PDF’s.  To be able to try to use the PDF’s that I briefly looked at, you need at least one (two would be better) 21” monitors and a working copy of Acrobat 10 (X) or later (not the free viewer).

Two available: one with the Link 11 Option, one without. Each comes with a plastic 2-sided RF-350 Operator's Card and a RF-350 System Fault Card.

These are massive tomes in four inch thick Harris binders. Originals not photocopies. A few pages are torn from their 3-hole punches. 

Asking $475 for the one with Link 11 Option, $425 for the one without. Shipping extra.
