Hi Mike,
Somebody has offfered some dual gate FETs. If he can't find his - well I
will be looking for mine. I have some newer ones with the die in a pill
the terminals in cross shape. I don't recall the form factor ID. They
are NOT surface mount parts. I have to keep the few older ones I have as
spares for my own gear. Between (among) us we have what you might need.
