More responses, people have been monitoring and tracking operations for
quite a while:

"This is a Chinese military station and in the numbers world is part of
the M89 family. I have it logged on 3597 with a parallel frequency of
3156kHz."

 From another fellow:

"I have 8 frequencies for M89:
3238.00 V M8JF M8JF M8JF DE RIS9 RIS9
3378.00 V C4TY C4TY C4TY DE NHF5 NHF5
3642.00 V DKG6 DKG6 DKG6 DE 3A7D 3A7D
4904.00 V QW2A QW2A QW2A DE G5VD G5VD
7589.00 V ZJ3T ZJ3T ZJ3T DE QB4S QB4S
8150.00 V M81F M81F M81F DE RIS9 RIS9
8157.00 V M8JF M8JF M8JF DE RIS9 RIS9
12058.00 V ZJ3T ZJ3T ZJ3T DE QB4S QB4S"

Another response:

That is only the top of the iceberg. Check the logs in N&O or the Numbers Stations Logs Database
http://www.numbersoddities.nl/ndb-1978-2018.zip
http://www.numbersoddities.nl/N&O-255.pdf

Some more current info:

"The list you provided is mostly out of date. It appears that 3JWV DE QH4P may be the replacement for M8JF DE RIS9. DKG6 DE 3A7D is actually M95 with // on 7602. During daytime, this R/S uses 5801 // 10180"

Further comment on other groups about it being a "rather large operation".

Enjoy.

Kurt
