[Milsurplus] BC-348-J BFO Help Needed (Corrected)

    Do you have a scope? Do you know for sure that the bfo is oscillating? If it is, it may be oscillating outside the bandpass of your if strip. Putting a probe on the coil and pulls it the oscillator into the band pass and you can hear it. Using external receiver to see if you can determine what frequency the bfo is oscillating on. I've worked on BC 348 sat had exactly this problem. The bfo was oscillating but outside the I have been passed so it sounded like it didn't work.
