Hue: Maybe not.  If the primary is center-tapped they probably intended to drive the transformer with a pair of transistors, exciting half the winding each half-cycle.  Nothing preventing someone from driving it with an H-bridge arrangement and taking advantage of the full winding on every half-cycle.

TY-102:    6VDC in, 450 VDC @ 150mA out of rectifier

 I have no other data on these.
