But SCR-194 and 195 are back pack sets about the same size as a TBY. I can't imagine why they would have mule harness.
BD-86 is the Dynamotor for the BC-307, P/O SCR-238. Associated receiver is early BC-224. Pair or VT-62 or 801. Roughly equivalent to the BC-223 on the ground.

Think of leather boxes, heavy gauge leather, with very robust straps, one just larger than the radio and one sized similarly for the specific battery.
This was "mule mobile" radio. I have never seen this referenced anywhere.
At his place I also saw something like BC-1132 - not sure about this number - but looked exactly like BC-1306.
