[Milsurplus] German CQ magazine 1949

I'm thinking possibly 1938 ish? Looks like the meter may be the yellow instead of the earlier white, black tuning knob, rectangular name plate on the upper right, coil deck with black background on the charts. But very hard to definitively figure it.
