Those are R-442*/VRC tactical VHF-FM receivers, which are next to either an RT-246*/VRC or RT-524*/VRC receiver-transmitters.

They are part of the AN/VRC-12-series, in US service from 1961 to 2008, almost 48 years.  It was THE tactical VHF-FM system used during the Vietnam war, used in nearly every ground and riverine craft.
