[Milsurplus] VFD for 3 ph 115vac at 400 cycles

I had load change problems with an Hitachi VFD. The programming manual was very cryptic;  there is a chance  that with the proper programming, it would have worked well with variable loads. There may be other brands that may be less susceptible to load variations. 

I know have a 5kW SS 3-phase inverter that is awesome!
