"PV-2 PLANE CAPTAIN'S HANDBOOK FIrst Edition Service Manuals Department, Engineering Branch Factory 'A', Lockheed Corp. Burbank California 1944"
This is one I'm soon to put on Ebay. But I noted following paragraph on page 151. No other radio information.
"The radio spare parts consist of a spare receiver, a spare transmitter, and minor radio repair parts. The spare parts stowage compartment is made of plywood with a metal
liner and is located between stations 392 and 410 on the right side of the cabin near the floor. There are also a few spare parts stowed in the stowage compartment on the
right side of the cabin opposite the cabin door."
Your comments?
Seems to me carrying an extra transmitter is a lot of dead weight, if this refers to an ATC / ART-13.
