[Milsurplus] LF & HF Crystal Tester prelim comments

For example, with this Chinese crystal tester, I tested 8 of the low frequency FT-241s, all in the range of "popular IF frequencies."
Only one passed ! We know these 75 year old FT-241  have a high fail rate, but 7 out of 8 fail seems questionable.
