FWIW
NAVSHIPS 900,109 says
49069 is a 4-circuit plug first used with GQ. Could have been used with
other things later. Type PL-74
49168 is a 3-circuit plug first used with RBM.
Type WK-C3-23-1/2

The RBM-5 preliminary manual says W1601 goes from P1608 on the 21387A
Dynamotor to P1601 on the 19017 Portable Storage Battery.
“Battery to Dynamotor Power”
