[Milsurplus] RBM cable use ?

Someone please help me out with this.
I posted maybe last year, or year before even, asking about a cable with 
one end CLT-49069  P-1608
one end WK C3 23C ??"  VAR      P-1601      The "C" in this WK number may be "0" instead.  Also marked CANNON CED-49168
Someone answered before, telling me it was RBM to frequency meter. 
Was this from RBM receiver switchbox to LM or ?  RBM power supply to freq meter ? 

Oh, I just noticed this, a metal band with number W-1601 on it.

If it's nothing I envision myself using, I will sell it for say, $12 + postage.
