[Milsurplus] Spectra programing

In a world full of cheap user programmed two way radios I have had a weird obsession with learning how to program Motorola radios of the eighties and nineties.
Maybe it's because as a kid I worked on tons of old Motorola Motrack, Micor and the like rock bound radios and saw all those wonderful new Motorola products that were set up just using a computer.
So over the last couple years I have mastered the HT-1000 handheld and the Maxtrac and have been having fun programming them and looked at the Spectra and decided that would be the next radio. Out at Dayton, or Xzina or what ever it's called I bought a bunch of VHF Spectra radios. Built up a RIB, all the cables and everything else and loaded a directory on the old 386 for the spectra but discovered that I am missing three files for the software to work correctly, SPECTRA3.OVL, SPECTRA5.OVL and SPECTRA6.OVL that's part of the R06.00.05 software package. If anyone can copy those three elements or provide the entire software package it would be greatly appreciated.
And for the people out there who may say what this has got to do with military radios I will remind them that as a kid I saw tons of Motorola radios in use on the flight line and everywhere on base so although we are talking about a commercial line of devices they had a heavy military use. There were Black Motorola MX series radios that were used in Grenada and Panama and have to wonder what they were being I don't think they were the regular MX330 or 340 sets? Wonder if they were programmable? Maybe that's the next project after the Spector?
