[Milsurplus] [MRCA] getting a grc9 up and running

Jeff,

Over the years I've played with two Angry-9's and a BC-1306.  As Mike 
suggests, I don't remember anything particularly troublesome about 
them.  I guess I might take a look at the dynamotor bearings.  Here's my 
treatise on waking up vibrators

Watch the meters on the power supply for the first couple of minutes for 
anything suspicious.
