[Milsurplus] Crystal tester

I like this. It senses the neg grid bias resulting from oscillation, to indicate crystal activity.
Jeff, that RFC, I am pretty sure it is 5.0 mH, but I just want to make sure ? I know it's not critical, just want to be sure the decimal place is really there.
