[Milsurplus] M1mod on BC453

Fifty years ago I bought a couple of command receivers, BC454 and BC455 and both 
had the letter "M" stamped in yellow paint with a yellow circle around them. At 
the time they were being sold brand new surplus as being specially stabilized for 
monitoring purposes(hence the "M"). I was told that several caps in the oscillator 
circuit were selected  to reduce drift. They worked out of the box when proper 
power was supplied. Maybe another rumor.
