[Milsurplus] gilbert show

Definately a good instrument to have. It's a compact version of a
Sprague TelOhMike, and then some. I use mine mostly for reforming and
testing electrolytic condensers, it gives a very good evaluation. The
current and leakage are easily adjusted as a condenser slowly reforms.
If you can't revive one after about 24 hours, it's probably beyond
saving. For mica and other non-electrolytics, it gives an excellent
leakage test.
