[Milsurplus] Is "Big/Heavy" Mil-Radio Dead?

Yes, unfortunately all of us will eventually "age out". I don't think shipping is the main problem. I have had several 100lb + radios packed and shipped by UPS at a reasonable cost. The problem is as we all age we cannot physically move a 100lb + radio. I recently got a Navy Modulator and had to install a chain hoist in the ceiling of my shack to move it to and from the bench.
