Series connecting two 12 volt switchers sounds a bit easier.  Anyone know of any issues with series connecting them?  600 watt 12 volt (50 amp) switchers running from 125 vac are available on Ebay for $13 each with free shipping.
If you delay start one switcher would you get an automatic step-start function?Jim I wonder why people argue over the 10% of their differences and ignore the 90% they agree on?

Here is a technical sheet on the Astec MVP
supplies:
http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/13491.pdf
https://www.artesyn.com/power/assets/mp1_revc_1192
808420_install.pdf

on the end of each module is a 10-pin ribbon cable

connector.  Set the output voltage of each module
as
closely as possible to the same voltage, then
connect
pin 8 on each connector together.  This will cause
the
power supplies to load-share.
