[Milsurplus] Unknown Navy Parts

I found several new Chicago Transformer Company transformers, black, flat chassis mount style with terminals on top,
one for example is stamped red ink, 14681. Others in this series seem to vary in the last number only. These I think are Navy.
Also in there were a bunch of wrapped 6V6 tubes all marked with Navy anchor and "V2".  One larger CTC transformer looks
like a 60 Hz power transformer, if looks mean anything.  Any clue what equipment these items belonged with ?  In the same
bunch of stuff were numerous  " G.E. " stamped boxes containing brushes and brush holders. I do not know if the brushes
belong with the same equipment.
