[Milsurplus] SC-901X question

I noticed on the nameplate of my SC-901X it reads supply voltage " 24VDC, 250VDC, 30VDC, 6.3VAC " . What's with that ?
If all these voltages are indeed required, I think, so ends my interest in keeping this already overweight thing.
And why is it so heavy ? As you may surmise, I have never even opened mine; it was on the long-term project list, but now
may be bumped off.
