My mistake. I think it's a Coast Guard R-138 with the nameplate pried off and the turns counter added. YouTube shows one with a speaker added to this corner.

You can see two of the holes for the nameplate still showing.

I always get these mixed up and don't still have them sorted out. There was a ? Army ?   ? Navy ?   R-96 or R-69 and then there was the Boulevard Electronics
receiver. Web search just now did not illuminate this for me.
