[Milsurplus] Wire Gauges are used in BC-348/ARC5(types)/ARR-15 equipment?

JohnDon't have any ARC-5 or SCR-274 sets left but I did check both BC-342 and BC-348 receivers of RCA manufacture using double ended tubes.  Both used 20 AWG solid wire with rubber and color coded cloth insulation for general hookup.
The ARR-15 uses 22 AWG stranded wire white plastic (PVC?) jacket with printed wire numbers.  A quick look didn't find any heavier gauge wire in the ARR-15 so it appears no special allowance was made for filaments.
Watchyadoing?Jim I wonder why people argue over the 10% of their differences and ignore the 90% they agree on?

Looking for the hookup wire gauges used back in the day for filament routs and general purpose circuit hookup.
I assume:    24 AWG for General hookup
    20 AWG for filament hookup
Thanksjp-Hutch
