If your looking for a 250V power supply or parts for one, Don't overlook
some of the old Motorola or GE base station power supplies.  I have 5 of
them here in a rack.  They supply 250V for B+ and 6V for filaments.
Good transformer for your B+ needs.

If you can find one of the rack mounted transmitter supplies, there is a
source for your command transmitter or other mil stuff.  If it's a high
power A/C supply it should have a choice of 3 different High voltages
depending on how you wire the tap on the transformer.  I think Hv could
be anywhere from 420 to 620V.  It depended on what transmitter you put
in the power supply, a 25W, 50W or 100W unit.  All were
interchangeable.  I'm betting there are still some of these laying
around.  GE called them "The Progress Line" built in the late 50's.
