[Milsurplus] Fuses in LIPO Batteries?

Was using my PRC-174 on the battery pack(filled with commercial units) and
worked fine.  Put it on charge and it charged as normal.  Put back in the
battery box and turned on the PRC-174 and checked to see if WWV was still
on, turned it off and next day, nothing, tried to charge it and nothing.
Is there a fuse in the protection and balance circuits in the LIPO units?
Anyone got a general circuit diagram for these batteries?  Radio works fine
with my other battery.
