allowing in sellers with non-electronic items in an effort to increase 
stall occupancy. It's not working too well."

This began around 1994-5 with the Hispanics with loud stereos, food, and 
what a lot of us suspected was quite a bit of stolen equipment. That, 
coupled with the raging psycho-Nazi mentality of those running it- 
badly, I stopped going shortly afterward.

A shame, I had gone monthly since the mid-80's, until it devolved into a 
third-world dump.
