Why would there be a Sams for this military receiver ?  A total puzzlement to me. 

( Actually, more of a puzzlement is this return from the first time I posted this exact same above message, some minutes ago, copied below.
This is why I sent two copies of the TBW post; I figured the spam checker didn't like the image with text characters in it, so I resent that without 
the image, sorry.  BUT, why did the above post bounce ? )
