As I understand it, the TG-34 was designed, at least, by Ted McElroy. I have two and a 
wooden box of 16 tapes for them. As far as who built them, I'll have to check.

I also have around 40 different tapes for my various Instructographs. I don't (yet) have any 
American Morse tapes, though.
