[Milsurplus] Newly acquired RT-46/TRC-10

I looked at the MBM manual, Navships 900,581 for CAPI-43066, for any kind of date, as I consider it a contemporary 
of the TRC-10. But the manual is absolutely clean of any date, anywhere, even on any drawing. This manual also does
list the issued crystals.
