BillARINC (Aircraft Radio Incorporated) standardized equipment racks some 60 or so years ago. I believe you are looking for an ART-1 style rack that the ARR-15 should fit. I have one or two racks that I can spare. As for the connector, I believe that it was only used for the ARR-15 and the ARC-2. It is a hard connector to find. Perhaps Bill Perry?
I have scrapped a few circular connectors to mate with the rear connector on the ARR-15 but I have forgotten which style connector I used. So the pins are standard and should be easily available but not so for the actual connector.Jim

Subject: [Milsurplus] ARR-15 receiver parts wanted
I'd like to get in on the latest discussion about the AAR-15 if I could.
I have one right now and will be picking up another one locally (Odessa,
TX) very soon. I'm looking for the mounting tray with connector or just a
connector if possible. The receiver I have now has it's dynamotor but
unfortunately it came loose during shipment and resulted in some minor
damage. The receiver I'm acquiring doesn't have a dynamotor but is
supposed to work.
With all that said, as soon as I get one of them working I'll have some
spare parts available for anyone that needs them. I know items like
racks, mounts, connectors , etc., are like "hens teeth", but somebody,
somewhere has to have them stashed somewhere. I know that I have "stuff"
set aside for "safe keeping" that only show themselves when I'm looking
for something else totally unrelated.
Please feel free to contact me direct.
Thanks and 73
Bill
