With these cheap Chinese DC DC upconverters and loud cheap tiny Bluetooth speakers we have the basic ingredients. Stuff a dynamotor case with this gear and you are on your way.

Sample this and you are getting close to real sounds. Now put in a solenoid to produce an acceleration whack when it starts and the simulation is nearly complete.
