Does anyone remember which article an over view of this technique was part
of in ER?

Can't find a reference in the index.

I think it was part of an article by Jeep or Jack, but vibrator wasn't in
the title of the article.

I looked through the pages with AVT-112 and associated receiver but wasn't
there..

perhaps in 2014 year??

Hue,

A 60-watt bulb is about right. It limits the current to less than an amp,
so all a dead short will do is light the bulb. In my experience, a minute
or so does the trick, but who knows.

Anyway he was telling me about repairing PE-104 supplies and getting the
vibrators back to life. He said

the lightbulb and AC voltage kink works but sometimes takes up to 5-10
minutes. I didn't know that and

in fact, I would have given up before then. Don't give up! is the lesson.

Someone please remind me: what wattage bulb, and the AC goes to the large
pins, right? Never attempted

this myself.
