[Milsurplus] AN/GRR-5 No reception on Band 1

I've got a AN/GRR-5, gets great reception on bands 2,3, and 4, can pull in
many stations, but, on band 1 (1.5 Mhz) I get very low audio and no
reception of anything.  What should I be looking for? Caps? All tubes test
great.
