[Milsurplus] Dittmore-Friemuth

I had sent this to Jim earlier, but seeing more discussion, I just stuck it
on line -

This is from a 1983 annual report from Universal Telephone Inc., which
owned Dittmore-Freimuth and several other companies.
Ray H. Dittmore was founder/chairman of Universal as well as of D-F.

Universal's 1983 total revenues were $27 million.
Dittmore-Freimuth Corp. (D-F), Universal's Wisconsin based
electronic/electromechanical manufacturing subsidiary, reported substantial
increases for 1983. Net sales of D-F increased 7.2% to $4,259,775, while
pretax earnings rose 20.3% to $584,214.

The assets of Dittmore-Friemuth were spun off from UTI in 1984, but I don't
know more than that.
D-F evidently closed in 1995, according to an engineer's bio on Linked In.
