I would guess that a better bet would be to salvage female contacts out of AN or MS circular connectors.  I don't know which size would fit but would guess a 12.  Cannon K-series are another source.

perfect but it will get your set up and running instead of sitting on 
the shelf for years. McMaster Carr has a good selection of brass tubing 
or visit your local hobby shop.
