[Milsurplus] Another Whatzit

Looks like it is an analog angular readout 0 to 360 degrees with 0.1
degree resolution.
What are the specs on the servos/synchros?
The coarse side is 3 phase 11.8 VAC 400 cps.
What are the connectors?
