[Milsurplus] Long shot on finding an article

Hey boys and girls, when you're triaging some of those old 1960s electronics mags, and you come across, or even remember an article
like the following, PLEASE let me know ? I saw this article around 1975 but my mental marker of the date of copy is faulty and my limited
efforts so far have not turned up the article.

Actually, it was a short piece like "reader's circuit" or "try this one". A two-transistor superregenerative shortwave receiver detector,
with a multivibrator style cross coupled pair. What intrigued me tho was that the article referenced an earlier article where the cross
coupling device instead of a capacitor was a quartz crystal. =A crystal controlled superregenerative detector. Supposedly this is hard
to do because the ringing of the crystal means that normal quenching cannot be done. I sure would like to read that article. I think it
had to be from a 1960s mag, and one of the serviceman type mags, not a ham radio magazine.
A long shot, but I thought I'd try.
