[Milsurplus] WTB 864 Tubes

There are usually a slew of them on ebay, mainly later milsurplus examples.
The last batch I saw on there didn't sell, suspect they were priced higher
than demand by a bit. Here's one priced at about 3 times the typical
selling price, but at least he says he's open to offers:

WD-11s and WD/WX-12s, though not plentiful by any means, show up fairly
regularly on ebay and elsewhere. I bought close to a dozen in the last year
for my Radiola IIIA, balanced amp, and a couple Crosleys. Two were brass
based/tipped WD-12s, one for a whopping $5 at the Manassas hamfest. WX-12s
are more prevalent, usually in the $15-$20 range. The bakelite based WD-11s
are more available as well.

Of course, none of this matters if 864s are the absolute true need. (o:
