[Milsurplus] Screw Gremlins

I've mentioned on some lists (not sure if here) that the anti-fatigue
mats I put on the floor because I prefer to stand at the bench are a
thick rubber mesh full of about 1" diameter holes that have served to
catch many a fallen object.   (However any dropped or tweezer-flipped
SMT component automatically goes into the 4th dimension).

My present quest is for a small formed brass spring insert from a
contact block on a receiver that has a sliding "catacomb" coil box like
the NC-100s have.   Since it's made out of springy brass it could have
taken a real leap any direction when it hit the floor. I'm like the kid
who doesn't do laundry til he's run out of clothes - the only time my
shop floor gets swept is when I'm looking for some missing thing of
value.    But so far I've got a clean floor and no part!

Just so's you don't feel like the lone stranger, Dave!
