[Milsurplus] "Mayday!" To Our Friends Down Under

Down under is not objectionable but usually refers to Australia rather than
New Zealand. You could refer to us as Aussies and Kiwis respectively. If
you want to be formal, you could use Australasia, an old term (almost
obsolete) which also includes some Pacific Islands, but being almost
obsolete it can be incomprehensible or even regarded as a typo for
Australia by youngsters.
