[Milsurplus] Quieting A DC/DC Converter

   There are several boards that have isolated outputs on ePay. Since 
the board transformers have variable taps different voltages are 
available. Search for "Inverter boost transformer" board.  On one 
project I used a relay to switch the transformer taps for different 
voltages.
