According to my Amperex book from 1958, that requires 11 V at 4 Amps for the filament.

Typical operation is 3 KV plate voltage at 250 mA, or 750 watts input and 600 watts output.

Plate dissipation rating is 200 watts.

That is interesting: the 204A was designed to be mounted horizontally in a special set of 
sockets, one for each end. Plate dissipation rating for the 204A is 250 watts.

Anyway, it looks to me like you have an HF-300.
