[Milsurplus] R390 Meter?

Hi Dave,

It certainly looks like one.  The two I have do not have the words "Carrier
Level" on the meter face but otherwise they seem the same.  It looks like
there is a lot of loose material inside the meter however, and that is
almost certainly Radium paint, and if so it is very dangerous to breathe or
swallow.  You Do have a Geiger counter, don't you?
