[Milsurplus] 1625 plate voltage question

 Some old timers from the 50's water cooled 6L6s and ran them at 100
w but I don't know how long they lasted. Oridnarily max ratings for
both 1625s and 807s was 750 volts but if you blew air cooling on them
you might get away with 1000v. 807s were cheap at $0.25 apiece mil
surplus after the war and became instantly popular.
