[Milsurplus] Forecast Interpretation (OT)

With the airplanes and navigation equipment of 1943, it means to be very careful. The worrisome is the clear ice. Clear ice is glass looking, heavy and quick to accumulate and makes things very difficult. Personally, I would stay away from clear ice.
