I have one. It is missing the outer case, but has NOT been hacked. There is a non-original
power supply with it. It is horribly dirty but is in the queue to be refurbished.
The TCM-2 is one of my favorite rigs. It has more knobs, dials, and meters per square inch
of panel space than practically any transmitter I know of.
However, you are in New Jersey, and I'm in Moscow, Idaho, so shipping it, even if you
wanted it, would be a problem.
BTW, there is a significant error in the schematic in the manual for the TCM-2. I found and
corrected it.

I'll bet there are others here who may know of one for sale somewhere. Keep asking. They
are a really neat transmitter and acutally quite "small" for the time period. They are actually
a bit smaller than a Globe King 500, and will sit on a desk.
