[Milsurplus] Shelby Hamfest

The reason Jim found the place dead on Sunday,  is that most of the vendors, tailgaters and visitors are done by the end of Saturday.
We locals sometimes go back on Sunday to pick over what's left.
Shelby is always a well-attended event, barring inclement weather.
We have a large area contingent of boatanchor people and we all are set up in the same area, with a big Boatanchors sign on one of the spots of the group cluster.
We set up Friday and stay until closing, because wheeling and dealing start from the time people are setting up and everybody is circling like sharks, around every new arrival setting up...
Ray, I'd venture to say that it'd be worthwile for you to check it out, but again: not on Sunday, unless you're there already anyway from the day before. Hope see you there!
