[Milsurplus] RA-63-B ?

It’s a 12V battery charger for the battery that runs the BC-312.  Of course, it’ll charge any 12V battery.

I also found a Rectifier RA-63-B. I see it's part of SCR-399 but i cannot determine what, particularly using my phone. What is it for ?
